He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Miller and Fern Miller (Stahl); his former wife Connie Miller; his parents-in-law, Cornie and Dorothy Slycord; and his siblings, Joyce Sanders, Jim and Bob Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Teresa Cowman (Leo), Jeff Hegwood (Rae), Tammy Hegwood-Wright (Don) and Jennifer Miller-Griffin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jarman's name may be directed to Pella Comfort House or Pershing Community Youth Center.
