He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett J. Engelenhoven and Jeanette Van Engelenhoven (Vander Linden); and his parents-in-law, Anthony and Jeanette Ver Meer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ver Meer; his son Jeff of Collins; his brother Keith Van Engelenhoven of Ottumwa; and his brothers-in-law, Owen Ver Meer (Esther) of Leighton and Eugene Ver Meer (Sandy) of Pella.
