She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Vries and Jeanette De Vries (Boertje); her son Lloyd; her husband Wilbur Van Zante; her parents-in-law, Arie and Martha Van Zante; her brothers, James (Connie De Vries), Bernie (Dody De Vries), Maynard (Dot De Vries) and Albert Rowe; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Paulena, Lester Van Wyk, Bernard Van Zante, Harold Van Wyk, Andrew, Delmon and Lucille Van Zante.
She is survived by: her children, Arlyn, James and Merl; her siblings, Anna Mae Rouw of Pella, Carolyn (Harold Vos) and Ray (Carol De Vries); and her sisters-in-law, Sarah Jonella "Joey" Van Wyk of Sully and Lois Van Zante of Oskaloosa.
