It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Peters of Pella, Iowa, born in Little Rock, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; and his parents, Vernon Peters and Ruth Peters. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Peters (Stacey) of Conrad and Shawn Peters (Jamie) of Pella, IA; his grandsons, Riley, Caden and Bodie; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Shane; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin, Izaiah and Elliott; and his sister Kathy Goettsch (Joel).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established by the family.
