He is survived by: his parents, Jack Pope and Ronda Pope (Wright) of Pella; his daughter Loguen Ruby; his wife Libby; his sister Ryan Peters (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Leo, Greyson and Elliotte of Waukee; his grandparents, Edith Pope, John and Carol Wright; his parents-in-law, Patrick and Della Payton; his sibling-in-law Erin Dickerson (Todd); his nieces and nephews, Hailey and Celeste; his siblings-in-law, Brad Korte, Anastasia, Kati, Stephanie, Felicia and Tiffany; and his pets, Olli and Rudy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family or to Turner Syndrome Society of the United States.
