He is survived by: his father Harley Crummett; his wife Cassie; his daughters, Brianna of Pella, IA and Alexis of Richardson, TX; his sisters, Cheryl Bane of Washington, IL and Cathy Mansfield (Travis) of Washington, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Reynolds (Heather) of Washington, IL, Derek Reynolds of Washington, IL and Brittanie Russell (Dan) of Germantown Hills, IL.
