He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Merle, Gerda Kuehl, Martin and Teddie Puhrmann. He is survived by: his parents, Monte Puhrmann and Ronnette Puhrmann (Kuehl) of Paullina, Iowa; his stepmother Kim Puhrmann of Paullina, Iowa; his siblings, Jeremy Puhrmann (Leah) of Paullina, Iowa, Tabitha Harms (Shane) of Paullina, Iowa and Branden Puhrmann of Paullina, Iowa; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Puhrmann Jr., Hunter, McKenzi Puhrmann, Cameron and Alissa Maxwell; and his stepsiblings, Jessica Burley and Jeremy Koehlmoos. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
