He is survived by: his mother Glenda Heithus (Cline) of Paullina, Iowa; his wife Lisa Terpstra; his children, Chris Heithus of Goose Creek, Sarah Heithus and Aaron Heithus of Goose Creek; his siblings, Tammy Krogman (Ron) of Germantown, Iowa, Malinda Thompson of Paullina, Iowa, Butch Heithus (Gloria) of Crestview and Brian Heithus (Nancie) of Milford, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Brenda Heithus of Germantown, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
