He is survived by: his wife Uneva Holck; his sons, David of Paullina, Gene (Jane) and Eric (Amy) of Sioux City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mark, Brian, Michael, Alec, Megan, Sara, Emily, Bob and Jerry; his great grandchildren, Amanda, Kate and Justin; and his brother-in-law Donald Holck (Donna) of LeMars, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
