He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Rehder and Hilda Rehder (Jurgensen); his siblings, Burdette, Erma, Shirley, Margaret and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Perry, Edward Gerstandt, Eldon Miller, Roy Ebel, Yvonne Rehder, Jean Hibbing, Robert Harris and Jim Wester.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Warnke; his children, Jane Moore (Matthew) of Salado, TX, Jan Riedemann (Randy) of Paullina, IA, Jon Rehder (Marsha) of Sutherland and James Rehder (Dana) of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Tera Stubblefield (Jason) of Texas, Tasha Robbins (Cullun) of Texas, Travis Graff (Lauren) of Texas, Lauren Curtis (Kevin) of Texas and Kevin Moore of Texas; his children, Eric Riedemann (Jamie), Emily Jackson (Nathan), Cody Rehder (Danielle), Casie Sievert (John), Courtney Johannsen (Branden), Houston Rehder, Derek Logan, Bo Rehder, Kyle Petrich (Kylah), Kody Petrich and Naomi Petrich; his great grandchildren, Bo, Bella, Bobby Stubblefield, Ashley Fritsche (Blake), Blake, Addison Robbins, Penny Curtis, Kirstin Moermond (Case), Brock, Brady Riedemann, Ryder, Reid Logan, Alba, Brooks, Creed Sievert, Gretta, Hazel Rehder, Archie, Quinn Petrich and Arnie Hibbing; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Harris and Ruth Wester. He is also survived by many other relatives, and friends.
Total retirement brought he and Betty into Paullina in October of 2020 at which time he began his struggle with the dreaded Alzheimer's disease.
