He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Halverson and Tisha Halverson (Templer); his siblings, Avery and Brecken Halverson of Paullina, IA; his grandparents, Dennis, Laura Templer of Sutherland, IA, Doug and Pam Halverson of Peterson, IA; his great-grandparents, Joyce Craig of Paullina, IA and Phyllis Jones of Primghar, IA; and his aunts and uncles, Brian, Leah Templer of Sutherland, IA, Samantha, Curt Steiner of Spencer, IA, Renee and Tom Weber of Peterson, IA.. He is also survived by his cousins as well as many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designatedto a scholarship fund in Carter's name After today's graveside service, relatives, and friends are invited to join the family at the Paullina American Legion.
