He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Allen and Anna Beatrice Hildebrand Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; and his sons, Danny J. (Sonia) of Winterset, Randall C. (Paula) of Urbandale and Nathan W. (Dorothy) of Winterset. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and one brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iowa Heart Center Foundation and the Madison County Historical Society.
