He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Drake (Brown) and Alfred Drake; his wife Marilyn Sullivan; his sister Ethel Eloise Brennecke; and his grandson Jeffrey Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Drake of Winterset, Laurie Wheeler (Rod) of St. Charles, Gary Drake of Patterson and Deborah Mehmen of Boone; his grandchildren, Christopher Wheeler (Caitrin) of Garrettsville, OH, Justin Wheeler of Peru, Heather Ibarra (Oscar) of Boone, Brian Drake (Alisa) of Winterset and Lonnie Drake of Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Wheeler, Wyatt Drake, Rylen Ibarra, Joeseph Ibarra, Marlena Wheeler, Mac Wheeler, Scarlett Ibarra, Emmett Wheeler, Kasandra Drake and Gwendolyn Wheeler.
