She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Oberheu and Evie Oberheu (Schmitz); her sister Kathie Wroten; and her brothers-in-law, Gerald Von Ahsen and Darryl Schares.
She is survived by: her former husband Steven Schropp; her husband Steve of Parnell; her children, Andrew Schropp (Jessica) of Williamsburg and Jill Peterson (Brandon) of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Lilia Ludovissy (Chad), Morgan Gloria Schropp, Drew Schropp, Reagan Peterson and Brock Peterson; her great grandchild Ayden; her sisters, Paula Schares of Oran and Karen Oberheu-Silver of Cedar Rapids; and her brother-in-law John Wroten of Fairbank.
