She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wayne and Theola Geraldine Scott (Lint). She is survived by: her husband Vernon Dale Tapper of Parkersburg; her daughters, Lisa Dodgen (Joel) of Humboldt and Laura Holtman (Kyle) of Ankeny, Iowa; her grandchildren, Otto, Imogene Dodgen, Dylan and Rhys Holtman; her brothers, Jim Scott (Rita) of Central City, Jerry Scott (Jerilyn) of Marion and John Scott (Deb) of Marion; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Tapper (Barbara) of Grinnell and Gaylen Tapper of Portland, Oregon..
