We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 62, Sheila Orta of Parkersburg, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gladys Carr and Thompson; her husband Albert Orta; her sisters, Cindy Carr and Patricia Stanley; and her children, Morgan Garrett of Elk Grove, CA, Ryan Orta (Hannah Carlsen) of Parkersburg and Steven Orta of Mason City. She was also cherished by animals, especially her beloved dogs.
