He is survived by: his wife Fran; his children, Dean J. Meester of Chico, California and Rebecca Ann Meester of Whitehouse, Texas; his grandson Hayden Holbrook (Arianna Lombardi); his great grandchild Elena; his stepson David Eilderts (Diane) of Dike, Iowa.; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary (Molly), Mason, Jill, Jayne, Kaitlyn, Joy and Heidi; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Kinlee and Tori; and his sister Lois Fisher of Parkersburg.
