He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson of Parkersburg; his children, Jacqueline Duffy (Martin Henry IV) of Knoxville and Jason Johnson (Barbara) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Martin "Ryan" Henry Duffy (Betsy), Nicole Kannegieter (Kendall) of Dike and Mike Nisius (Tessa) of Parkersburg; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kaiten, Kamden, Kaeley, Karsen, Kaibree, Lily, Keagen, Hank, Kaselynn and Danny; his siblings, Betty Hamilton of Ankeny, Sally Sawhill (Dale) of Ankeny and Jerry Johnson (Marilyn) of Milaca, Minnesota; and his cousin Kate Coffin of Kelly.
