She was predeceased by: her parents, Dirk Boven and Bertha Boven (Beekman); her husband Melvin Ned Freeseman; her grandson Duane Huisman; her great grandchildren, Alexis Freeseman and Makaela Levis; her sisters, Marjorie Arends and Emma Rewerts; and her nieces, Kayleen Jacoby and Darlene Rewerts.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Freeseman of Bethany, Betty Van Waardhuizen (Melvin) of Marshalltown, David Freeseman (Denise) of Parkersburg, Marvin Freeseman (Annette) of Cedar Falls and Jerry Freeseman (Sara) of Holland.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. on Tuesday at Redman Funeral & Cremation Services in Parkersburg. **The family requests everyone wear masks and remain six feet apart while attending the visitation and the funeral service.
