It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kurtis Keen Kruger of Parkersburg, Iowa, born in Grundy Center, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 62, on January 5, 2023. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jake, Lillian Kruger (Finger), Russell and Lois Mommer (Ericksen); his stepmother Holly Kruger (Harris); his brother Phil; and his sister-in-law Jodi Kruger (Anderson).

He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Kruger of Iowa and Billie Lee Mommer of Texas; his wife Bonnie Ann Deer; his sisters, Kimberly Kruger of Texas, Stacy Kruger of Colorado and Heidi Kruger (Michel) of Portugal; his sons, Kody Kruger (Vanessa) of Iowa and Klayton Kruger (Lauren) of Iowa; and his niece Jessie Marie of Texas. He is also survived by many other aunt/uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

Memorials may be directed to ABATE of Iowa or the Northeast Iowa Food bank.
