She is survived by: her husband Keith Leon Van Dyk; her children, Amanda Johnson (Rick) of Otley, Emily Van Dyk of Parkersburg and Aaron Van Dyk (Reagan) of Ely, Iowa; her grandchildren, Lily, Luke Johnson and Gunner Van Dyk; her sister Holly Caselman of Meadville, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Theresa Lund of Parkersburg.
