With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jason Ronald Brocka of Parkersburg, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jason left this world on April 12, 2025 at the age of 45, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jason may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Lavone Brocka (Mennen); and his close friend Kelly Arjes. He is survived by: his father Ronald Brocka of Parkersburg; his siblings, Randy Brocka (Kim) of Parkersburg and Renise Frey (Bryan) of Ackley; and also, Kenny and Judy Arjes. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles; and his special friend.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Congregational Church (401 3rd St, Parkersburg, IA 50665).
