He is survived by: his wife Beth of Parkersburg; his son James "Jim" Scourick (Debbie) of Paducah, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, J. T. Scourick (Jackie), Gary Scourick (Melissa Skiljan) and Jackson Scourick (Kaylee).
