He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Marie Allspach, Jack and Vera DeGroot. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Kay Allspach (DeGroot) of Parkersburg; his former spouse Kaylene Siems; his sibling Allie (Emily); his daughters, Allie Hurd (Dakota) of Waverly and Emily Allspach (Mitchel Sovich) of Waterloo; his brother Greg Allspach of Parkersburg; his nephew Jacob Allspach (Ashlie); his nieces, Miranda Kyhl (Casey) and Mackenzie Allspach; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cruz, Callan Kyhl, Henry Allspach, Noa Kyhl, Avery, Saylor and Everlee Allspach.
In leu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
