Betty Truax Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 87, Betty Truax of Parkersburg, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Closser and Edith Closser (Stanley); her husband Kenneth Truax; her daughter Roxanne Miller; her siblings, Jim, Henry, Dickie, Charles, Helen, Mary, Margaret and Dorothy; her great grandchild Alexis Freeseman; and her sons-in-law, Jim Randall and Randy Pabst.

She is survived by: her children, Rod Truax (Beverly) of Parkersburg and Robin Pabst (Keith Renken) of Parkersburg; her son-in-law Bryan Miller of Aplington, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Rodney Truax (Kim), Rusty Truax (Morgan), Reggie Truax (Eve), Rebecca, Shane Pabst (Katie Mennen), Jayden Renken, Brenda Freeseman (Jeremiah), Amy Brown (Matthew), Amy Hertzog (Dave) and Stephanie Reiner (Chad). She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
