She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvina Cole and Frank Cole; her husband Marvin Heitland; and her brother John Ackerman. She is survived by: her children, Donna Heitland of Parkersburg and James Heitland (Deborah) of Marion; her grandchildren, Sarah Nichols, Amanda Weber (Alan) and Jonathan Heitland; her sister Marcia Gardiner (Paul) of Waverly; and her brother-in-law Benton Peters of Aplington. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.
