She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Hippen and Mildred Hippen; her children, Terry Truax and Debra Behrens; her great grandchild Alexix Behrends; her husband Larry Card; her brothers, Delbert Hippen and Raymond Hippen (Mary); her parent-in-law Leslie Truax; and also Verna Truax.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Truax (Pam) of Waterloo, Lonnie Truax (Linda) of Waterloo, Scott Truax (Molli) of Waterloo, Sandy Truax of Parkersburg and Sherri Truax of Phoenix, AZ; her nieces, Marilyn Adelmund (Jerry) of Parkersburg and Rhonda Adelmund of Parkersburg; and also Wellsburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 21 great great-grandchildren.
