She is survived by: her children, Angela Ingwersen (Chad) of Eldridge and Steve Parrott (Carrie) of Long Grove, Iowa; her grandchildren, Isabella, Dylan and Elizabeth; and her sisters, Debbie Lubowicki of Philadelphia and Suzie Lubowicki of Belvidere.
Memorials may be made to the Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.
