Carol Collins-Cunningham Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cager Collins and Maxine Smith; her spouse Thomas Cunningham Sr.; her children, Thomas Jr. (Tracy) of Long Grove, IA, Stephen (Jessie) of Parkview, IA, Alisha Werthmann (Gary Jr.) and Christina Ridgway (Ryan); her grandchildren, Alicia, Tom, Tara, Matt, Alivia, Grace, Alizabeth, Emma, Nick, Derek and Hailey; her siblings, Bonnie Arrington (Henry) of Rock Island, IL, Nancy Ladd (Mark) of Independence, MO, Mildred Collins of Colorado, Kenneth Collins (Janice) of Somonauk, IL and David Collins (Betty) of Sterling, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Madden of Davenport, IA, Connie Ackert of Scottsdale, AZ, Mark Cunningham (Pat) of Machesney Park, IL and Michael Cunningham. She was also cherished by her husband, children and grandchildren.
