He is survived by: his children, Don McCurdy (Kathy) of Dundee, Iowa, Darwin McCurdy (Deb) of Linden, Iowa and Ann Lupkes (Brian) of Latimer, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Jim, Andrea, Katie, Kara, Lindsay, Amy, Andrew, Sarah, Hannah and John; and his siblings, Georgia Davis (Jack) of Jefferson and Gary McCurdy (Virginia) of Washington, Iowa.
