She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Flanery and Velma G. Flanery (McEvoy); her former husband Wayne Barker; her son Thomas W. Barker; her great grandchild Lonnie Barker II; her son-in-law Jerry Miller; and her siblings, Tony Flanery, Agnes Long, Kathryn Barker and Mary Flanery.
She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Hoy; her daughters, JoAnn Miller of Phoenix and Rhonda Huggins (Rod) of Panora; and her grandchildren, Sheri Griffin, Jerry Miller, Cindy Barker, Lonnie Barker, Jr., Thomas Barker, Jr., Mike Huggins and Matt Huggins. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
