She is survived by: her husband Robert Starr of Panora; her son Randy Starr (Ruth) of Redfield; and her siblings, Shirley Wallace of Des Moines, Steve James (Regina) of Stuart, Mike James (Nova) of Greenfield, Pat James (Cindy) of Stuart and Denny James of Texas. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
