He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dorr and Jessie Dorr (Simmons); his wife Lois Fagin; his son Kim; his granddaughter Kelsey; his son-in-law Jerry Culbertson; and his siblings, Elmer Jr., Melvin and Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Culbertson of Yale, Loyal Dorr (Linda) of Guthrie Center and Kevin Dorr (Susan) of Bayard; his daughter-in-law Lesli Dorr of Waukee; and his siblings, Roger Dorr of Panora and Carol Ann Stringer of Des Moines. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
