He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kastner and Emily Kastner (Biedermann); his daughter Rosemary; and his siblings, Carl (Yale), Alfred of Oceanside, CA and Helen Richey (Panora).
He is survived by: his wife Lila Dillavou of Bagley; his children, Elizabeth of Altoona, Frank (Linda) of Bagley and Steven (Rose Marie) of Yale; his grandchildren, Colleen Smith (Matt) of Perry, Casey Hameister, Stacey Simmons (Brian) of Yale and James Kastner (Kristi) of Bayard; and his brothers, Joseph of Davenport and Herman of Manhattan, KS.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
