He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lubeck and Doris Elaine Lubeck (Whyte); and his stepfather Lucian Russell. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Courtney Rogne (Chris) of Cresco, IA and Phillip Lubeck (Becky) of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Brelynne, Knute and Leif Rogne; and his siblings, Terry Lubeck of Fort Dodge, David Lubeck of Tomball, TX and Jan Popp of Newell, IA..

There will be a Masonic Service at 4:30 P.M. and a Wake Service at 7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Lutheran Services (Foster Families), the Make A Wish Foundation, the Friends of Panorama, or the Panora Lions Club.
