He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smith and Winifred Smith (Sisson); and his stepmother Maxine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Lora Hacker (Mark), Cara Craig (Bob) and Jill Schroeder (Jay); and his grandfather Nathan.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Smitty's name to The Friendship Home in Audubon or St. Croix Hospice in Panora.
