She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhardt Steinkuehler and Vernett Steinkuehler (Johannsen); her former husband Melvin Pauley; her husband Raymond Schleimer; her children, Jon Pauley and Carol Pauley-Hesser; and her siblings, Bayla Marshall, Lou Ann Reno, Daryl Steinkuehler and Ron Steinkuehler.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan, Loren Pauley (Lu Ann) of Portsmouth, Iowa, Dennis Pauley (Mary) of Panama, Iowa, Dale Pauley (Sharon) of Panama, Iowa, Joan Armentrout of Harlan, Iowa and Jami Schleimer (Anna) of Elk Horn, Iowa; her siblings, Shirley Mumm (Jerome) of Harlan, Iowa and Gary Steinkuehler (Carolyn) of Defiance, Iowa; and her brother-in-law Skip Marshall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.
