She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Betts and Myrtle Betts (Cummings); her sister Mildred; and her brother-in-law Glen Larson. She is survived by: her son Kory Betts (Kim); her grandchildren, Joshua Betts (Krystal), Ryan Loe (Megan), Austin Betts and Nicholas Betts; and her brother Howard Betts. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

“Kory and family,this is Judy Suman So sorry for our loss such a caring loving woman! How she impacted my life, drove me to University hospital to have Kati, neighbor in Mt Vernon, helped me many times with Kristi and Kati,was a shoulder to cry on,a therapist when I needed clarity in life situations,we laughed together through many fun times. I moved to Florida in 2018 to enjoy the sun all year, Last 2 yrs we met at Perkins when I visited Iowa and am so glad we did !!! Condolences”
