It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James West (Palo, Iowa), born in Downing, Missouri, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy West and Margaret West. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sons, Christopher (Roger), Todd (Jennifer) and Ryan (Paula); his grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah), James, Kara, Nolan, Olivia and Callista; and his sister Martha Harris (Nick).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jim's honor to the Hawkeye Area Council Boy Scouts of America to be used for Wood Badge Scholarships or the Palo United Methodist Church.
