He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carol Seng; and his aunts, Marlaine Underwood and Nicole Seng. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Underwood (Kelly) of Palo, IA and Heather Underwood of Cedar Rapids, IA; his sisters, Kayla and Alexis Underwood; his stepsiblings, Lexi, Logan and Luke Levendusky of Palo, IA; his grandfathers, Galen Underwood (Marlene) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Joe Seng of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, friends, classmates.
