With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Post of Palmer, Iowa, born in Thompson, Iowa, who passed away on November 23, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Halverson and Susan Halverson (Moos); her husbands, James Vincent Keil of Thompson, IA. and Gerd Post; her daughter Rosemary Keil; and her husband Henry.
She is survived by: her children, James, Marcia Keil (Weston) of Des Moines, Iowa and Weston Keil (Sharyl) of Manson, Iowa; her granddaughters, Mollie Boersma (Josh) and Jamie Gerling (Adam); her great grandchildren, Maverick of Ames and Cooper Boersma of Ames; and her stepchildren, Gary Post (Becky) of Des Moines, Peggy Cummings (Mark) of Adel, IA and Nancy Loehr (Kent) of Fort Collins, CO. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
