He was predeceased by: his parents, Luverne Habben and Louise Habben (Olson); and his siblings-in-law, Don and Mary Lou Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Habben; his daughters, Amanda Palmer (Mark Korte) and Shalee Stuart (Adam) of Pomeroy; his grandchildren, Joe, Max, Jackson Korte, Lyla, Brooks and Blair Stuart; and his siblings, Gene Habben Fort (Linda), Bill Habben Humboldt (Lori) and Luann Vainreb of Pocahontas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as great great nieces and nephews.
