He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Slotten (Gerald) of Phoenix and Sally Sweeney of Des Moines; his half-sister Raynette McGonegle (Tom) of Fort Dodge; his stepsister Sandra Gobeli of Fort Dodge; and his half-brother Gail Foster (Janiece) of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by his children.
