She was predeceased by: her parents, Dietrich Hartman and Hilke Hartman (Janssen); her husband Joe Steinberg; her daughter Paula Hurt; her grandson Brad Steinberg; her stepdaughter Josephine Essing; and her sisters, Gladyce Hartman, Gretina Steinberg, Mardella Carpenter and Lorna Guerin.
She is survived by: her son Dean Steinberg (Pam) of Manson, IA; her son-in-law Mark Hurt of Rosemount, MN; her stepson Bob Steinberg (Barb) of Monett, MO; her great grandchild Dustin Steinberg; and her sister Helen Ingebretson of Tucson, AZ..
