It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Gilbert (Packwood, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert "Dick" and Ruth Goodwin (Long); her former husband Richard Wixom; her daughter Mary Wixom; and her siblings, Daryle Goodwin, Sharyle Denison and Sharon Latham.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Gilbert of Packwood, Iowa; her children, Sherry Goodwin of Ottumwa, Iowa, Ronnie Wixom (Wendi) of Bonaparte, Iowa and Edward Wixom of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; her siblings, Charlotte Semler (Ron) of Washington, Iowa, Diane Majors of Concordia, Missouri, Ron Goodwin (Arlene) and Fred Goodwin of Newton, Iowa; and her half-brothers, David Goodwin of Washington, Iowa and Don Goodwin of Ainsworth, Iowa.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
