He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Cooper and Bessie Cooper (Withem); and his son Ricky Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Phillip E. Cooper Jr., Michael Cooper (Karen), Elizabeth Larsen (Victor), Jeffrey Cooper (Mary) and Jennifer Anderson (Darold); and his siblings, Leroy Cooper (Myrna), Vernard "Joker" Cooper (Fran), Phyllis Davis (Jerry), Marlene Atilano and Darlene Slack (Danny). He is also survived by 12 grandkids.
