With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perry Rief of Pacific Junction, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sievert Edward and Dorothy Grace Rief (Smith); his wife Shirley; and his brothers, Floyd Rief, Richard Rief, Douglas Rief and Victor Rief.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Richter (Phil) of Malvern, IA and Jeff Rief (Brenda) of Glenwood, IA; his grandchildren, Austin (Hannah), Dustie, Brittany (Brian), Kaleb (Anna), Ethan and Noah; his great grandchildren, Blair, Lane, Gage, Letty and Perri Ann; and his sister Rosemary Pond of Logan, IA.
