He is survived by: his wife Meggan of Oxford; his daughters, Lakin Rocha of Wilton and Caitlyn Jones of Iowa City; his siblings, Maria Sanchez (Donaciano), Alvaro Rocha (Fidencia), Pedro Rocha (Maricela), Miguel Rocha (Dolores) and Azeneth Zamores (Gustavo) of West Liberty; his mother-in-law Margaret Riggan of Iowa City; and his siblings-in-law, Jenny Riggan-Sexton of Kalona, Bonnie Riggan (Tim Harapat) of Iowa City and Matt Riggan (Tina) of Tiffin. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
