She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gorvin and Cecelia Gorvin (Newkirk); her husband William T. McGurk; her siblings, Mary K. Kutcher and James Gorvin; and her grandson Adam McGurk.
She is survived by: her children, Shaun McGurk (Shelly) of Iowa City, Shane McGurk (Deb) of Longmont, CO and Melana Beuse (Todd); her grandchildren, Megan Moffitt (Richard), Ryan McGurk (Rebecca), Brian McGurk (Kassie), Michaella Bergamo (Tyler), Ashleigh Beuse, Abby Beuse, Hannah Beuse and Walt Beuse; her great grandchildren, Gabe Moffitt, Gavin McGurk, Aiden Bergamo, Blair Bergamo, Mackenzie Bianco (Dan) and Nick Moffitt (Breena); and her great great grandchild Annora Moffitt.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Mt. Calvary Cemetery or St. Mary's Church Altar and Rosary Society.
