He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Villhauer and Margaret "Peg" Villhauer (Stockman); and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Ann"; his children, Amy Berg, Earl Berg, Tom Villhauer, Denise Villhauer, Ken Villhauer, Jim Villhauer, Katie Villhauer, John Villhauer and Emily Villhauer; his siblings, Janice Nelson, Dave Nelson, Geraldine Ries, Charles Ries, Nancy Freeland, Charles Freeland and Cris Villhauer; and his sister-in-law Karen Vanorny (Leonard). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marcus Villhauer Memorial Fund.
